Also, be aware there are TWO DIFFERENT T-BAR M FACILITIES in relative close proximity. Please make sure you or your Uber/Lyft driver
has the T-Bar M at the NEW BRAUNFELS address as the destination, which should turn onto T-Bar M DRIVE.
There are two airports relatively near T-Bar M Camps & Retreats that you can fly into
RECOMMENDED: San Antonio International Airport (SAT)
Approximately 35-45 minutes (32 miles) away from T-Bar M Camps & Retreats.
Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS)
Approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes (55 miles) away from T-Bar M Camps & Retreats.
As check-in begins at 4:00pm, and dinner is at 6:15pm, and the driving distances to the venue, we recommend your flights arrive NO LATER than 4:30pm, if possible.
Conference attendees are responsible for making their own transportation arrangements. Typically Uber costs from the San Antonio Airport range from $45-$80. The costs fluctuate depending on availability and how "in demand" the location is during specific times of the day. We recommend using an Uber/Lyft over a rental car, as you will not need a car once you are at the venue. However, there is plenty of parking if you choose to have a car on-site.
